Counselling Services
Counselling, profile analysis, choice-filling support and admission guidance require time and expert effort. Fees paid for completed or started counselling services are generally non-refundable.
Duplicate or Excess Payment
If a duplicate payment or excess amount is received because of a payment gateway or transaction error, users may request review with valid proof. Approved refunds may take 7-15 business days.
Incorrect Details
Ap Career Consultancy is not responsible for delays or failed communication caused by incorrect phone number, email, documents or candidate details submitted by the user.
Authority Changes
No refund is provided for changes in counselling schedule, seat matrix, eligibility, fee structure, admission rules or government/university policy changes.
